Most of the patients in our Metairie clinic come from New Orleans. Uptown, Lakeview, Mid-City, the French Quarter, the Westbank and Kenner are all a short drive up Veterans or across the Causeway approach, and the clinic sits in a private lot off N. Arnoult Road. If the drive is the obstacle, it is not required: the same physician-led program runs entirely by telehealth, with medication shipped to your door anywhere in Louisiana.
Chronos has treated more than 10,000 weight-loss patients since we began prescribing GLP-1 medications four years ago. Every plan is written and reviewed by a physician, and your follow-up visits are with a provider who knows your chart — not a questionnaire.

Every successful journey starts with a conversation.
Depending on your needs, your plan may include compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide dispensed through a licensed pharmacy, or a prescription for Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, or Mounjaro sent to your pharmacy. We handle prior authorizations for brand-name medication.
We’ll work with you to find a plan that fits your needs.
Monthly provider check-ins help us adjust your dose, address side effects, and plan for what’s next. You can also access nutrition counseling, our 24-hour fitness center and Pilates studio, and a hormone evaluation when appropriate.
We’re with you through the progress, the plateaus, and all the moments in between.

No membership. No contract. Chronos does not bill insurance, Medicare or Medicaid for visits; HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and financing is available through PatientFi, Cherry and CareCredit. Compounded medications are prepared by 503A/503B pharmacies and are not FDA-approved products; they may be prescribed when medically appropriate.

Our clinic is at 3200 N. Arnoult Rd. in Metairie, inside the New Orleans metro and about 10–15 minutes from most of the city, the Westbank and Kenner. We also see Louisiana patients entirely by telehealth.

No. Visits are self-pay and priced above. If you use brand-name medication, your pharmacy bills it through your insurance where covered, and we handle the prior authorization.
