Classical Pilates at Chronos, now officially open! Whether you’re taking your first step onto the reformer or you’ve been practicing for years, our studio is built for every body and every level. We offer 60-minute semi-private classes as well as 1:1 Private and Duo/Trio sessions, all led by certified instructors who are dedicated to helping you move better, feel stronger, and build lasting results. Every session emphasizes the foundations of Classical Pilates: precision, control, breath, and flow. Come experience mindful movement that transforms the way you look, feel, and live.  
Open to both ChronosFIT members and Non-members.
What’s the Difference? Sessions vs. Classes
CLASSES:
Small Group (up to 3 people)

Classes are set on our schedule and include up to 3 participants for a semi-private feel. You’ll still get hands-on guidance from your instructor but in a small group setting with a shared flow. This is a great option if you enjoy:
- Consistency and structured class times
 - Motivation from a small-group environment
 - A fun, balanced workout at an incredible value
 
If you want a training experience that’s deeply focused and built around you, a session is your best fit.
SESSIONS:
 Private/Duos/Trios

Sessions are scheduled by request and tailored just for you. You’ll work directly with one of our instructors in a private, duo, or trio setting at a time that fits your schedule. These are ideal if you’re looking for:
- Personalized instruction and individual attention
 - Support with injuries, limitations, or specific goals
 - Faster progress through custom programming
 
If you want a training experience that’s deeply focused and built around you, a session is your best fit.

Meet Our Instructors
Deanna Marie
ChronosFIT Pilates Instructor
Deanna, a third-generation Classical Pilates instructor, found her passion for the practice as a young ballet dancer, using it to prepare for classes and prevent injuries. After completing a comprehensive 600+ hour certification at Real Pilates in New York City, she has been teaching full-time since 2022. Deanna works with clients of all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced practitioners, emphasizing the mind-body connection in a supportive environment. She is dedicated to enhancing lives one movement at a time by fostering physical and mental transformations through the method of Joseph Pilates.

Hailey Mathews
ChronosFIT Pilates Instructor
Hailey is a third generation Classical Pilates instructor with a passion for connecting with her students and helping them make a mind body connection. In 2023, she completed a comprehensive 600+ hour certification at Real Pilates in NYC. She is also certified in Alycea Ungaro’s SpringTone training that is a higher intensity/bootcamp style classical Pilates class. As a trained Interior Designer, she has an excellent eye for detail and small movements to ensure that her students work harder. She enjoys creating unique and personalized sessions that keep her clients motivated.

Michele Miller
ChronosFIT Pilates Instructor
Michele is a New Orleans native with a lifelong passion for movement. From ballet and gymnastics to hiking and resistance training, she’s always embraced physical activity. In 2006, she discovered Pilates and was instantly drawn to its flow, breathwork, and challenge. Her love for the method led her to Real Pilates in NYC, where she completed a 600+ hour Classical Pilates certification in 2018. She feels honored to share the Joseph Pilates method and his body of work with anyone that is willing to learn. Her tip to anyone is to trust the process and stay consistent with their training. The beauty of Pilates is that the exercises meet you at your fitness level and that the method is for everybody!
