Fit Fest Event Schedule
Start your Fit Fest experience with check-in and guided gym tours, then dive into multiple class demo blocks where you can try different group fitness sessions and choose which ones interest you most. After the demos, enjoy vendors, open gym access, exclusive event specials, and more—there’s something for everyone to explore and enjoy!

How should I dress for event?
Wear comfortable, active attire so you can move freely during gym tours and class demos! Athletic shoes are recommended, and feel free to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, but we will have beverages available. You’ll want to be ready to explore, try classes, and have fun!
Do I have to participate in the group class demos?
Not at all! We understand not everyone wants to jump in that night. You’re welcome to watch a class demo, tour the gym, meet our trainers and vendors, or check out our event specials while the sessions are happening. Participate as much (or as little) as you'd like!
Will food and drink be provided?
Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
What should I bring?
Bring a friend! Know someone interested in fitness? This is the perfect chance to come out and explore what all ChronosFit has to offer! (Plus! You get an extra Basic Raffle Ticket for bringing a friend!).
Do I have to RSVP to attend?
RSVP is highly recommended so we can prepare for you, but walk-ins are absolutely welcome!
