Living Well, is a program offered by CHRONOS to lead individuals through their own “roadmap” to success in wellness and permanent weight loss. No Single Diet Works for Everyone. Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good vs. bad foods, we coach clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of the restricting discipline/denial mentality.
