Tina has been teaching dance for well over 15 years.  Tina received her teacher’s certificate from Sandra Labordette School of Dance. Tina also danced professionally for the USFL New Orleans Breakers and was an original Saintsation for the New Orleans Saints for 5 years.

Tina teaches Zumba dance classes at Chronos. Dance has been proven to improve the condition of your heart and lungs, increase muscular strength, increase endurance and motor fitness, increase aerobic fitness, and improve muscle tone and strength.  Dance also assists with weight management, stronger bones, reduces the risk of osteoporosis, and provides better coordination, agility, and flexibility.

“I have always loved working out, but my love for dance gives me great joy!  I don’t feel like I am working out.  I am just having a great time dancing.  Come dance with me.  Everyone can dance at their own pace.
