Michelle has been helping people of all ages on their fitness journeys since 1998. Her expertise is in Functional Stability Training, Sport-Specific Training, Olympic Component Lifting, and Strength and Conditioning to improve daily living, weight loss, balance and lean muscle building. Having been on her own personal weight loss journey and as the Precision Nutrition Grand Prize Winner of July 2016 (Body Transformation),  Michelle understands and cares about her clients and feels there is nothing of more value than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong. Michelle says,
