Eric Layer has been practicing yoga for over two decades and has taught since 2014. He received his training in vinyasa from Three Sisters Yoga in New York City. His classes are both rigorous and relaxing. He concentrates on proper breathing, alignment, and stretching through a flowing series of poses, allowing the body and mind to gently open to the deeper practices of yoga.
